About me

Experienced endurance runner and high-performance coach at an NPL-level club, combining elite coaching insight with real-world experience. Having completed 7 marathons, 4×50km ultras, and a 100km ultra, I bring a deep understanding of endurance, performance, and long-term progression—built on consistency, resilience, and results-driven training.
